With a baseline development team already in place, the company was looking for sales, pre-sales and professional services recruits to strike the balance between technical know-how and commercial aptitude.
Working closely with the CEO, Head of Sales and Commercial Directors, GR used their knowledge from the world of tech and data to understand the company’s direct sales and marketing strategy focused on delivering innovative solutions and world-class customer service.

This allowed the company to increase the pace of development following key account wins and commit with confidence to further expansion plans and growth in headcount.
