Our client, an MSP, is looking for a contractor to join them for an initial month to support one of their London-base clients. The role will be to provide on-site support of their systems with guidance and assistance from the office-based support team.
The core requirements for the role are: –
- Supporting a client base in an O365 environment
- Supporting Exchange (on-site and cloud ideally)
- Supporting networking issues (DNS, DHCP, NAT, Subnetting)
- Ability to resolve technical problems
- Strong customer facing skills and the ability to act as a representative of a business
These additional skills / experience would be useful: –
- Any relevant qualifications
- Azure / Azure AD experience
- Cisco skills
- Working within and ITIL environment
- Configuring devices with Autopilot
