HOW IT WORKS….
We are looking to build a team of bank staff to support the children and young people we care for in our residential services.
We have Residential services in Stockport and Bolton, We provide short and long term support for children and young people who have experienced trauma and difficult beginnings, young people with learning disabilities and autism and young people with harmful sexual behaviour.
You will be motivated and flexible, passionate about supporting the people who access our services.
You should have some experience in working within a similar environment or the desire to kick start a career with us.
You will encourage our people to develop confidence, self-esteem and essential life skills. As part of our team, you will work hard to empower and help them break through barriers and experience a range of varied opportunities and activities and assist permanent staff teams with duties. You will be open to completing personal care as well as general support work.
