Business Development Manager
•£35-45k base – £60-70k 1st year OTE
Our client is a highly successful Technology Solutions Provider with a broad offering including Telephony and IT solutions. They are looking for a business development manager to work from their Manchester offices, primarily focusing on their telephony solutions. This role is primarily new business focused at first, but you retain client ownership, so they need someone who has the capability to expand existing accounts as well. There is an extensive existing and lapsed client database where you will be able to focus with warm relationships formed by other areas of the business. There is also marketing and an element of telemarketing support for the role although they are looking for someone who can self-generate.
The ideal background for this role is someone who has: –
•Current or recent experience working in an IT or Telephony Sales environment
•Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs
•An entrepreneurial spirit
•Ambition to grow with company as they expand
