Coaching Academy
Our coaching academy is a vehicle for developing a coaching culture throughout the Trust to help develop, engage, motivate and care for our staff to deliver better patient care. It will support us to consistently have a “culture of caring” which both our staff and patients will experience.

Stockport Crisis Response and Active Recovery Team have an exciting opportunity for 37.5 permanent position of Business Support Administrator a pivotal role supporting the Service Leads in the smooth running of the services.
The post holder will provide a confidential and comprehensive secretarial service and undertake a full range of administrative duties. Provide a full range of clerical tasks and use IT skills including spreadsheets, word processing, e-mails and keyboard skills as well as retrieval of information using database systems.
In order for the teams to achieve the assigned Key Performance Indicators, the post holder will be expected to gather business intelligence from electronic systems eg EMIS Community, Tableau, Advantis, and AMaT
The post holder must be organised and able to plan the day to day workload or activities in order to meet the changing demands of the job role, using excellent communication skills and initiative.
