Stockport Crisis Response and Active Recovery Team and have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, 37.5 hr vacancy of a Band 6 Business Support Manager.
The team is a dynamic, community based, evolving team, aiming to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and facilitate timely discharges from hospital.
The team operates, 7 days per week and the post holder would be expected to work flexibly to support the team.
The team has a multidisciplinary approach, made up of Senior Nurses, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Senior Therapists, Social Workers and Senior Support Workers (SSW), providing wrap around holistic care to patients in their own home or bed based facility
This position supports both teams and would be responsible for the operational leadership and management and day to day activity of the senior support staff. In collaboration with the Caseload Coordinator, the post holder will schedule these support visits, ensuring care delivery is safe and appropriately delivered.
The post holder will work with the Service Leads to ensure that a consistent high quality service is delivered to the patients receiving care and intervention from the SSW’s
The post holder should have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be adaptable, reliable and approachable.
There is a requirement that the successful candidate will provide and receive complex, contentious and sensitive information and use a range of different persuasive, motivational and negotiating skills in the pursuit of achieving desired outcomes and Key Performance Indicators.

If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £26.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary
In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
