An exciting opportunity for 0.81fte term time only Scale 4 post within the Neighbourhood & Satellite Hub supporting the Behaviour Support Service.
The post is based at Oakgrove School and is a permanent contract. Work pattern will be Monday to Friday 35 hours per week term time only. Ideal Candidate:
This is a diverse role in a fast-paced environment, you will be a hardworking, flexible individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative, solving problems and making decisions/recommendations to meet the needs of the service. You will actively seek ways to find efficiencies and improve processes whilst building strong working relationships with the service we support.
Key activities include:
· Proficient in Excel
- Arranging and attending meetings, and taking, writing-up and distributing meeting notes and basic minutes
- Plan and prioritise workloads,
- Ability to set and respond appropriately to deadlines.
- Receiving and processing documentation, data and information (hard-copy and electronic, and including sensitive and confidential information)
- Preparing schedules for training courses
- Receiving, recording and forwarding invoices and recording invoiced work
- Ordering supplies
- Preparing and sending correspondence to stakeholders
- Telephone call-handling and managing customer contact (including signposting and directing enquiries)
