We have an exciting opportunity to join us within the Carecall and Concierge Team which provides support to both Stockport Homes customers and a range of private clients.
For this role you must have a passion to support and motivate and have a proven track record of providing management or mentoring in a support or similar environment. You should love working in a team and enjoy the challenge of a varied role.You will have an eye for detail and be well organised.
The Carecall and Concierge service is busy and varied, with different elements such as call handling, CCTV monitoring, dealing with out of hour’s repairs, visiting customers in response to falls and installing and checking telecare equipment. The service is 24/7, 365 days per year.The role requires you to work a shift pattern, which are split into early and late shifts.
