Channel Sales Manager

£45-55K basic plus £5K car
£75-90K OTE
Working for a global technology partner, we’re looking for a commercially focused Channel Sales Manager to drive growth of cloud-enabled infrastructure and enterprise solutions amongst independent software vendors across the UK.
You’ll need to be a ‘macro-thinker’ capable of identifying business opportunities and referrals, delivering against complex customer needs and building long-term relationships. You will have a channel or partner-led sales background within the software markets at enterprise level, ideally with knowledge of MS Azure Cloud or AWS.
About the Job
Taking ownership of relationship development with independent software vendors, your goals will focus on delivering revenue, margin and increased customer base. To do this, you’ll be tasked with:
- Driving the adoption of services, increasing engagement and growing the vendor network
- Operating within large matrix businesses, influencing and cross-selling across multiple levels
- Relationship management of existing partners and developing the customer experience
- Reviewing workload and priorities to make effective decisions and improve service delivery
- Demonstrating knowledge of company solutions and customer trends to generate solutions and maximise opportunities
About the Person
In addition to a successful track record in business development within SaaS or IaaS, you’ll be an expert communicator, negotiator and influencer. You’ll be strategically minded, always-on and identifying new opportunities, able to prioritise and maximise your own time. Able to collaborate and be comfortable having honest conversations to find solutions, you’ll share your expertise and work effectively with other departments. You’ll also need:
- Full UK driving license
- Conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proactive, intuitive and innovative approach
This national, home-based opportunity offers £45-55K basic plus £5K car allowance. OTE is £75-90K uncapped with scope to develop across different markets and products.
