We’re looking for talented and caring Learning Support Assistants who want to make a real difference, working on a one to one basis with our students, ranging from 19-25-year-old, supporting with their learning, and a range of tasks they find difficult.
All we ask is for experience in teaching assistant / learning support ideally within a SEN classroom / educational environment, or in a care setting, however this is not essential – the ability to feel comfortable working within the environment where our learners can present challenging behaviour – full training is provided.
