About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Cleaners to join our North Estates team in on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Estates Services Officer you will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning services to schemes and Estates across Stockport and Tameside. We are looking for someone who has previous.
What we’re looking for
We’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be an experienced cleaner, ideally with previous experience of cleaning estates and/or housing schemes and of working across multiple locations, but you’ll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience of cleaning to excellent standards.
- Proven experience of operating cleaning equipment, including electrical items such as vacuum cleaners.
- Proven ability to record and pass on information accurately and in a timely manager.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
- Able to demonstrate Guinness Behaviours
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have a Full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving a shared works van.
