Clerical Officer
Surgical GI & Critical Care Business Group are looking to recruit a Band 2 Clerical Officer- to join our Stoma Care Team.
This is a permanent contract. 30.00 hours a week over 5 days Monday to Friday. Working in an administrative environment is essential, along with working as part of a team and experience of customer service/people skills.
The successful candidate must possess good computer/IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Candidates should be flexible and adaptable in their approach, have excellent organisational skills to aid in prioritising workload and meeting deadlines and be able to work on their own initiative and also as part of a structured team.
A full training and support plan will be in place, including training on internal team processes and internal hospital systems. If successful, this vacancy will require an standard DBS check at a cost of £26.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary. In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
