Location: Head Office – Hazel Grove – Stockport

Salary: £17,000.00 to £19,000.00 /year

Term: Full Time Monday to Friday (NO WEEKEND WORK)

PAL Hire is a plant, machinery and equipment hire specialist. We provide a simple and easy solution for all types of companies to hire multiple items of equipment all over the UK

The great thing is we offer business customers access to 1000’s of hire items anywhere in the country – this is a huge market place, with a great opportunity to develop further.

We have been established for over 10 years and have experienced over 5 years of successful growth, we are now looking for team members to join us on the next step of our journey.

We are a small team based in Hazel Grove looking for an enthusiastic person to join our hire support team to communicate with our customers and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

You will be working alongside our excellent team of hire support advisers.

The Role

Providing daily ETA updates to our customers by both telephone and email
Resolving customer, supplier and internal queries by both telephone and email
Assisting with client logistical arrangements
Processing off-hires
Resolving customer and supplier issues
Chasing & maintaining required hire documentation from our customers
Validating insurance policies
Chasing outstanding insurances
Processing order checks
Order administration
Responsible for keeping all client records updated and maintained
