This is a home based, field-based role (when everything gets back to normal) covering the North West of the UK up to parts of Western Scotland. It is 100% existing accounts with a focus on renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Are you an experienced IT Sales Account Manager whose primary skills involve relationship building and expanding your share of the wallet within existing accounts? If so, this could be a very exciting opportunity. We are working with a market leading SaaS software solutions provider, looking for someone who can retain and expand their existing account base within the territory.
Their sales process is fairly typical – the new business rep opens the door and gains the sale, the implementation and onboarding teams ensure the customer is happy and can use the software and then Customer Success / Account Management takes over. The great thing about this organisation is that their product set shows obvious ROI and there are also huge opportunities for both upsell and cross sell, such is the diverse nature of their add-ons to their core software platform.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: –
- Several years’ experience in IT sales / account management – ideally in SaaS software
- Ability to deal with customers at all levels of seniority
- Proven ability to nurture and expand accounts
- Ability to manage your territory over multiple accounts of all different sizes
- A track record of hitting / exceeding targets
- Ability to manage your patch according to client needs
- Ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, etc
