Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off 7:00am – 6:30pm
Vital People are currently recruiting for their biggest Stockport based client. You will be joining the very successfully growing electronics company currently recruiting for Operatives to join their tech department.
This position will include testing all inbound electronic devices through a series of tests processing. Your role will involve identifying and checking all potential damages / issues with the handsets and maintaining all relevant paperwork.
Efficiently process handsets or other electronic devices
Follow the correct procedure at all times
Grade handsets accurately
Accurately maintain any relevant paperwork
Update systems on a daily basis
Achieve agreed KPI’s and targets in accordance with the business objectives
Have the ability to analyse and solve problems
Must have high standards of numeracy and literacy
Experience in a Service Centre Environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to grade phones effectively.
