Our client is a rapidly expanding tech company which is being recognised as a leader in their field. The latest expansion has led to the need for 2 more people to join their development team with a focus on finding people who have a strong academic background in UI web application development and the ability to learn their platform. A relevant technical background would include: –
- Low Code
- Spring Framework
- Microservices Architecture
Some commercial experience would be nice, but the focus is a good degree in a relevant discipline (computer science, maths, physics, etc). If you can demonstrate that you are bright, enthusiastic and eager to learn, that is what is most important.
If you don’t want to learn at a rapid pace, this role isn’t for you. If you do, it could kick-start your career and they are happy to provide support for continued learning. Prospects for advancement are genuinely excellent and this company is a meritocracy, you don’t get promoted due to time of service or based on how many years’ experience you have but based on ability.
In addition to a good starting salary, there are excellent benefits and elements of home working are available once you are established.
