Our client is looking for someone to join their organisation in a technical support capacity. This company has a strong belief in training, and such is the nature of their diverse technical stack, the ability to develop new skills is excellent.
This is a Hybrid role, primarily home working (80-90% of the time), the remainder being in their Manchester offices.
A suitable background will include: –
- Ideally 2-3 years+ experience in helpdesk / technical support
- Strong Office 365 support experience including Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally some knowledge of Azure
