Our client is looking for someone to join their organisation in a technical support capacity. This company has a strong belief in training and such is the nature of their diverse technical stack, the ability to develop new skills is excellent. You are actively encouraged to study for industry recognised qualifications and even given a pay rise when you pass.
A suitable background will include: –
- Experience working for an MSP or in another customer facing technical position
- Ideally 18 months+ experience in helpdesk / technical support
- Office 365 support experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally knowledge of Active Directory
- Ideally, some troubleshooting experience at 2nd line
