Our client, a market leading multinational firm, is looking for someone to join their organisation in a technical support capacity. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role but with a strong likelihood of perm thereafter. The focus will be to provide support to internal users through a combination of phone and email. A suitable background will include: –
- Ideally 3 years+ experience in helpdesk / technical support
- Office 365 support experience
- Active Directory and Exchange
- Troubleshooting experience at 2nd line
- Strong communication skills

Although this is a 12-month fixed term contract, there are strong expectations to continue thereafter – this organisation continues to grow at an impressive rate and has not been affected by Covid at all. Not only would the expectation be a permanent role beyond the fixed term period but prospects for promotion are excellent.
