We have opportunities in our IT Help ServiceDesk team for 1st line IT Support staff, where you will provide support to ICO staff across the UK via telephone, email or in person. Duties include:
• Providing a high level of customer service and support that will ensure that all ICO staff are able to access ICO services as required.
• Use of Enterprise level ServiceDesk system to record all incidents and requests.
• Monitoring the Service Desk tickets and taking actions to resolve issues as and when needed within defined SLA’s.
• Supporting the use of ICO IT assets including Laptops , tablets and smartphones.
About you
You will need working knowledge of Microsoft products ,operating systems, Office and collaboration tools r.g .Skype for business and Teams. A willingness to learn, ability to work independently and as a member of a team, ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to any situation is also a must.
