Midday Supervisor/Team Leader
Salary to be discussed at interview, subject to experience.
£12.58 per hour
Full Time
7.5 hours per week Monday to Friday term time only.
Monday to Friday 11.45am till 1.15 pm
Tithe Barn Primary School is seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join and lead our friendly and dedicated team responsible for the care and welfare of children at lunchtime. During the lunchtime period our Midday Supervisor will lead our team of Midday Assistants to support children in the dining room and outside areas to develop socially.
Previous experience is not essential but candidates should have the ability to form a caring and professional relationship with children of primary school age. You need to be able to work closely and flexibly within a team.

The purpose of this post is to lead our wonderful team of midday assistants and to ensure affective supervision of children at lunch time.
Our midday supervisor will have:
• Experience of working with children
• Good behaviour management skills.
• When appropriate, administer first aid.
• Organised and able to effectively lead a wonderful team
• Enthusiasm and flexibility in their approach.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience of being a team player.
