Coaching Academy
Our coaching academy is a vehicle for developing a coaching culture throughout the Trust to help develop, engage, motivate and care for our staff to deliver better patient care. It will support us to consistently have a “culture of caring” which both our staff and patients will experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, methodical and effective individual to join the Medicine & Clinical Support Business Group’s governance team. This is a permanent post within the team. The role will give the team the opportunity to continue the quality work they already do along with improving our delivery of the governance and quality agenda for the Medicine & Clinical Support Business Group.
The successful post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating the timely review of all incidents occurring within the Business Group, along with supporting colleagues in other business groups where incidents have crossed over between specialities
The post holder will be responsible for identifying and escalating all incidents for formal investigation and will support or lead on a large proportion of serious incident investigations. The post holder will also be involved with the Business Group’s risk register and clinical audit programmes.
The successful post holder will need to be organised and have the ability to manage a complex workload with demanding priorities.The interview will include a practical test, set on the day, to be undertaken before the interview itself. The topic will not be shared until the day but will relate directly to the job role. Knowledge of the Trust will not be necessary for completion. Please allow 1 ½ hours for the interview process.
