Woodley Primary School is looking to appoint a Clerical Assistant to work in our busy school office. The successful candidate will support the School Business Manager and Admin Manager in the smooth running of the school through the operation of an efficient, well managed school office.
The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work. You will need to be highly organised, committed and reliable. The school office is very busy and is crucial to the smooth running of the whole school. The role requires a high degree of confidentiality, providing clerical support within school, which will require acting on your own initiative.
As Clerical Assistant, you would need to be experienced using Word and Excel. It is desirable that you would have experience in SIMS.

You will also need to:
• Enjoy working with children
• Have a good sense of humour
• Be intuitive and excellent at multi-tasking
• Have a very good knowledge of Word and Excel
