About You
Are you a positive and supportive leader looking for your next career step?
We are looking for an experienced support worker to join the leadership team at one of our children’s homes in Stockport and Salford.
You will be a positive and supportive role model to young people aged 5 to 18 who have complex social, emotional and mental health needs.
As part of the senior team you will be offering leadership to a hard-working team, helping them provide a happy and safe home for our young people.
You will have experience in residential childcare and a Level 3 qualification in health and social care – children and young people’s workforce.
As the team provide 24/7 support, you will need to be flexible and be willing to work shifts on a rota basis over a 7-day period.
Sleep over shifts are part of this role and are paid at a rate of £62.64. This is paid in addition to the salary advertised.
You must be over 21 years of age to apply for this role, it is exempt from the Employment Equality (Age) Regulation 2006.
