Senior Technical Support
Our client a supplier of niche professional services, and as result of on going growth need to increase capacity within their Technical Support Team. The candidate will provide support services to both customers internal organisation across a range of technologies. The role would suit an individual with solid experience in a support capacity who is eager to expand their technical knowledge with a progressive and dynamic company. This is a 3rd line role.
Technically, you will be comfortable supporting: –
- Microsoft Desktop and Server
- Virtualisation technologies
Any experience of supporting ERP or CRM systems would also be useful.
Although this is an office based role, there may be occasional need to travel to customer sites to assist with project based activities – designing and or installing cloud base solutions on customer sites.

Salary will be up to £35k and there is a good benefits package.
