Service Delivery Manager
£350/day – OUTSIDE OF IR35
3 month initial contract
Our client, a rapidly expanding IT Services organisation, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team. The focus is on finding a strong Service Manager who can work with their customer base, defining, monitoring and improving services levels. The Key skills, knowledge and background requirements for the role include: –
- ITIL Certification – V3/V4
- Defining and Measuring and SLAs
- Initiating Service Improvement Actions
- Liaison with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors
- Facilitating Service Review Meetings
- Working with an IT Services Provider, working with a 3rd party customer base
Any experience of Project or Contract Management would be useful, as would experience in Service Design.
