Our client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team near Sheffield, South Yorkshire
We are seeking an electrically biased Multi-skilled Engineer, who is passionate about their continuous professional development and has a desire to build upon their existing leadership skills.
Working within a supportive and innovative environment, this role will enable you to develop and lead a small multi-skilled team, whilst supporting the planned and reactive maintenance of an upper tier COMAH site.

What will you be doing?
oSupervising a small team and organising daily PPM schedules
oUsing Siemens PLC’s to fault find energy transfer equipment
oSupporting with contractor management, employee relations and induction processes
oUsing company software to monitor and report on KPIs, safety and performance
oReactive maintenance of pumps, transmitters, pipework and temperature controls
oCompleting facilities maintenance and remedial work
What are we looking for?
oCity & Guilds 236 / 2365 or equivalent electrical qualification
oStrong experience within multi-skilled maintenance
oKnowledge of electrical engineering with electrical bias
oPrevious managerial, supervisory or team leadership experience
oGood working knowledge of Health and Safety in hazardous environments with a safety mindset
oExperience working with pumps and associated equipment
oMechanical Knowledge beneficial
