A global provider of business data intelligence solutions needed to support their rapid expansion following the development of several technological developments for new market applications by recruiting software sales executives.
GR’s client needed to appoint an initial 6-person new business sales team to take the products to market, with a view to increasing to 20-30 telesales executives, account managers and regional field-based consultants at each of the company’s 4 current office locations within a 6 to 12-month period.
A time-critical on-boarding project, the company wanted a fully managed, end-to-end recruitment solution that would ensure hiring targets were met within specified timeframes across multiple locations, whilst offering the flexibility to scale-up requirements dependent on pace of growth and further product diversification.

With a UK-wide reach, GR were able to use their sector-specific understanding of the IT software market to scour regional and national talent pools and find exactly the sales personnel required for the initial product to market sales launch.
