A long-standing, family-owned manufacturer that had recently transitioned to employee ownership needed to build a team of directors and senior management to ensure a successful exit strategy for the company’s CEO.
First and foremost, the company needed an industry-experienced sales director to ensure business growth and continuity amongst their established international client and supplier base.

The initial assignment was completed within three months and the appointed candidate joined the company one month later. The selected Sales Director had operated at a similar level for a global provider in a complementary market and demonstrated the desired culture fit to drive the business forward.
Within the next 6 months, the company hired a second candidate from GR’s extended shortlist for a regional Sales Manager role as well as further additions for their UK-wide sales account management team.
