A long-standing, family-owned manufacturer needed to build a team of senior management to ensure a successful exit strategy for the company’s CEO – starting with headhunting sales director candidates.

The initial assignment was completed within three months and the appointed candidate joined the company one month later. The selected Sales Director had operated at a similar level for a global provider in a complementary market and demonstrated the desired culture fit to drive the business forward.
Within the next 6 months, the company hired a second candidate from GR’s extended shortlist for a regional Sales Manager role as well as further additions for their UK-wide sales account management team.
