Financial Customer Service Advisor
£16,000 – OTE £30,000 (uncapped)
My Client is a Car Finance Specialists who is making a big impact on their sector due to their ethical approach and professional attitude. They have asked me to source Financial Customer Service Advisors to join their Car Finance Specialists team.
You will be helping with applications and referrals for consumers who looking to apply for car finance. You’ll will be responding to applications from various sources, including online and 3rd party introducers. Utilising both inbound and outbound techniques, you will finalise online web enquires as well as responding to brand new applications and requests for updates to existing applications.
They are hugely successful and are the fastest growing company who is leading the market within their sector. They operate a professional yet fun working environment who offers great commission and rewards which include:
•£16,000 basic salary
•OTE £30,000 (uncapped)
•28 days holiday including stats
•Ongoing training and development.
The successful candidate will be Ideally from a contact centre environment within a regulated Financial Services business, you will need to be confident, with clear communication skills, IT literate with high levels of professionalism, eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure, often to tight financial and time deadlines.
•Confidently complete the sales process
•Assess and complete applications ensuring that referrals are suitable to their needs.
•Assist in ensuring a smooth transition for the customer
•Be the front line of the business, and act in a customer focused manner.
•Adhere to all regulatory requirements throughout the process and in all contact with customers, colleagues and third parties.
You will receive 1 weeks on the job training when you start and be "buddied up" with an experienced member of the team to make sure you have the best chance of being successful
