Part-time Administrator
Do you want to work flexible hours and want to help make a difference?
A vacancy has arisen for a dynamic and pro-active Administrator to provide administrative support to the palliative care respite service based at Regent House in Stockport.
The team provide a combination of day and night support to people in their own homes who are approaching the last months and weeks of their lives.
You will need good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and have experience of Word and Excel and ideally EMIS. The ability to prioritize your own workload and work to deadlines are essential requirements for this post.
The hours of work (15 hours per week) must be weekdays to suit the right candidate. They must be worked over 3 days preferably Monday to Wednesday.
The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and promote safeguarding by implementing the Trust’s policies and procedures, acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately.
If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £43.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary
In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
