An opportunity has arisen within the Trust’s Employee Resourcing Department for a Workforce Analyst and System Support.
You will be part of a fast paced, dynamic, friendly team, striving to provide the highest quality service to its customers. You will be supporting the Workforce Team Leader to provide high quality workforce information to the Trust. In addition, the post holder will ensure that all relevant systems are maintained in a timely and accurate manner and ensuring that all relevant processes are carried out in line with Trust policies.
You will use both the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) application and its reporting functionality – Business Intelligence (BI), to provide timely and accurate provision of workforce information reporting and statistical data, in line with agreed organisation requirements.
You will maintain and supply support and training to users of the time and attendance systems within the organisation.
You should be highly computer literate, analytical and have experience of report writing, have good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively whilst working to deadlines.
It is essential that you demonstrate the following:
• Experience (preferably in an information / statistical related area)
- Significant experience in the development and preparation of information reports and the ability to work creatively and think laterally to ensure high quality of presentation of statistical information.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
You should have the ability to interpret user requirements to a statistical output and be able to work on your own initiative to manage a complex workload with competing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as it the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
An understanding and knowledge of ESR (NHS integrated HR system) is an essential requirement.
